Supreme Building Innovators is proud to showcase the successful completion of a full tenant improvement project for CoStar, located in the renowned MGR Building at Empire Towers in Ontario, California.
This 3,000 sq. ft. oƯice renovation involved a complete transformation of the interior space to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organization.
The project was thoughtfully designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The existing layout was reconfigured to support a more efficient and collaborative workflow. Private executive offices were constructed to provide quiet, focused workspaces, while open areas were designed to foster teamwork and communication.
Modern meeting rooms equipped with updated audiovisual technology were integrated to accommodate professional presentations and strategy sessions.
High-end finishes, upgraded lighting, and custom millwork were selected to reflect CoStar’s brand identity and create a sleek, modern environment. The result is a refined workspace that not only looks exceptional but also supports productivity, employee well-
being, and future growth.
